Rob Reed and several others suggested purchasing a Ready Welder system for club usage on trail rides. It would have cost over $600. Then we find out it is out of stock, indefinitely. Ready Welder suggested we look at the GoWeld system that ended up being over $2000. Board Member Chris Pickett found one locally for $400 previously owned but never used. Plus, it is well under the original budget, and we can use that money to get supplies, gloves, helmets, etc. This system will be available to all members to check out, and the party signing it out will be responsible for its upkeep or replacement cost.
